New Park Hotel

I stayed a night at New Park Hotel. The rooms are clean. The WiFi is good. I got a room with a most beautiful view of the Park. The hotel is also very close to the metro with easy access to the rest of the city. The hotel is a stone throw away from Kizilay. All in all, an excellent comfortable stay.

The room was really spacious with a nice and comfortable bed. A wide selection of pillows is offered to select from (two already put on the bed, which I used. More offered via a card from the room service). The room was equipped with a roomy closet, a small table with two armchairs and a kettle for tea and coffee. Two bottles of water were placed in the room for free every day. The spa with sauna and steam bath is nice and newly renovated. Breakfast in the morning offered a wide variety of food to select from. In the evening we went to the bistro/café in the ground floor which belongs to the hotel and offers also nice (bar-)food.

The hotel was nice for a couple of days. The rooms were alright, though the bathroom was a bit outdated. The plus (and reason why I chose it ) was the spa. It is small but convenient and felt really good after a long day of work.

We recently stayed at the New Park Hotel for 10 days during a family wedding. Our accommodation was a King Suite, which impressed us with its spacious layout, including a dining and living area, a mini-kitchen, two toilets, a spa bath, and a shower. The Queen Suite was equally spacious, featuring a dining section, and the Twin Room stood out for its high-end quality compared to other hotels. The staff, particularly noteworthy for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributed significantly to our pleasant experience. The internet connectivity was consistently strong, allowing us to effortlessly stream videos on our smartphones and on the smart TVs provided in each room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide range of healthy and delicious options. A special mention must go to Ayday, the guest relations manager, who consistently checked in on us to ensure our comfort, provided discounts for the spa (which my mother thoroughly enjoyed), and facilitated an extension of our stay with additional room discounts. The customer service throughout our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

Comfortable, Enjoyable, Safe, Clean, Delicious, Friendly, Professional. A really great hotel, very kind and professional employees, a beautiful and convenient place. Room was very clean and staff and management was very supportive. Breakfast was full of choices and fresh. Location walking distance to kizilay busy streets filled with shopping. Park right across the street. Massage best. It was a very enjoyable experience the rooms were well-prepared and attended to daily and the staff and service was excellent. I'm definitely recommending the hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.
