The New Park Hotel was an Exceptional find in Ankara! There were so many positives about this hotel, we just had such an incredible stay! The bed was super comfortable, with a pillow topper mattress, and lots of great pillow options too! The room was a good size for myself and hubby for 4 days, and I cannot wait to tell you how awesome the breakfast is! Highly recommend booking with the buffet breakfast, heaps of food options avail (I am a vegetarian, and always loads of yummy options!) and good coffee and tea too. Was such a highlight, the buffet breaky!! Kept us full all morning. The front staff spoke good English, and hotel is close to a metro stop called Colej, and a ten Min walk up the road is a big mall called “KIZILAY AVM”” near, which has good food options and shops, and a metro station underneath it you can buy an AnkaraKard from to use on the metro. Super handy way to travel on the metro, easier than Taxi! Also, be aware if you so taxi they dont really speak any English, and some dont have card machines so take cash, most sites near the hotel cost about 65-95 TL one way, fairly cheap. Get the hotel to order a taxi for you, and they can tell the taxi driver where to go! Also a handy supermarket on the same side of the road as the hotel, just turn right and you’ll see it a few doors down- also a coffee shop that does Lattes and flat whites the next door down called “No Name Cafe” but gave good options!

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide range of healthy and delicious options. A special mention must go to Ayday, the guest relations manager, who consistently checked in on us to ensure our comfort, provided discounts for the spa (which my mother thoroughly enjoyed), and facilitated an extension of our stay with additional room discounts. The customer service throughout our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

Room was very clean and staff and management was very supportive. Breakfast was full of choices and fresh. Location walking distance to kizilay busy streets filled with shopping. Park right across the street. Massage best. It was a very enjoyable experience the rooms were well-prepared and attended to daily and the staff and service was excellent. I'm definitely recommending the hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.

We had mini hiccups with the room card, but that was quickly solved by the staff. The location was right beside the metro (which goes directly to the Ankara bus terminal) and had a variety of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was awesome, we loved the spread of food. Guest services also went beyond to inform us about activities in the hotel and check in on our stay.
